We ensure each of our properties meet government safety standards including HMO regulations, fire safety, gas and electrical compliance.
We also provide fully furnished accommodation.
Quality of care is always our priority. The accommodation provided is inspected by Local Environmental Health/Health and Safety Units, by the fire department, gas and electrical inspectors. And complies with all requirements set out by these agencies prior to being available.
Inline with Public Health England (PHE), Dolphin Care Ltd accommodation is fully furnished, and will come with bed linen, cooking utensils, bed-sheets, blankets etc. Our locations are close to all community services and amenities. We expertise within East/West London areas. Our aim and mission are to make every residents life a success story. In addition needs and requirements can be tailored to meet the specific needs of individuals. We encourage personalisation of the apartments with items of furniture and treasured belongings.

- CQC registered care partner who provides person-centered, Personal Care and emergency services.
- The Scheme is covered by 24hrs support to the residents around their daily living, food preparation, personal safety, and safe access to the community, encouraging them to use mobile phones and tablets during COVID for attending appointments and other family commitments.
- Assisting and Supporting clients with applying for Housing Benefit under HB, or Housing Costs element under Universal Credit.
- 24hrs Support and Planned Care are provided by qualified staff (Core or 1:1).
- Assess and Review client’s needs or change in needs.
- Support clients with their budget management and provide spending summary end of each month.
- Staff to Support clients with making and attending appointments.
- We provide three levels of Support packages low, medium and high, Pricing available upon request.
