Clinical Supervision Arrangements: All residential staff receive a minimum of 1.5 hours of monthly 1-to-1 reflective supervision, supplemented by monthly clinical reflective practice group sessions facilitated directly by our clinical psychology consultants from Meadows Psychology Service. This ensures our team has the space to process and refine their therapeutic parenting approaches.
Our Structured Training Pathway:
We operate strict safer recruitment practices. All job offers are subject to positive references, employment history checks, and an enhanced DBS check.
Supporting daily routines, school runs, and therapeutic parenting. Entry-level with fully funded Level 3 diploma pathway.
Leading shifts, mentoring RSWs, and managing daily logs. Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare required.
Assisting with home governance, Regulation 44 compliance, and staff supervision. Level 4/5 Diploma in Leadership & Management required.
Overseeing home operations, compliance with Ofsted standards, budget control, and local authority commissioning.
